Reviews of classical and jazz albums. It's been going for a few years but I've only just come across it. Worth a look, I've found some gems in amongst an interesting and unusual choice of albums. artmusiclounge.wordpress.com/

Thanks. I have not come across this before either, but I have book-marked it and shall have a read later. The secodn article grabbed my attention straight away.

Have you tried listening to Theatrique by Perales, played by Xelo Giner as featured in the webzine?

Have you tried listening to Theatrique by Perales, played by Xelo Giner as featured in the webzine? Not until you mentioned it, the review didn't sound appealing. Having now sampled it I can confirm that not wanting to do so was the correct decision. There is lots of music that is worthwhile, though. Listening now to Karnavicius' string quartets. Excellent!

She is a very capable player of baritone sax, but that 'composition' is rather like looking at 'art' by Tracy Emin.
