That's incredible. Aren't there any millionaires out there who want this collection? Or are they really all unimaginative and uninspiring?

I find that hard to believe. Maybe in 2008 he might've struggled to sell the collection, but surely someone out there in 2015 would pay $3m for it based on its true worth? Hell, if I had the money, I'd buy it!!
And surely the muppet who uses records for flooring would have bought it all? And if he's not interested in acquiring 83% of all the missing music from 1948-1963, then he can't be a genuine collector of music can he?

I don't have a huge vinyl collection, a couple of hundred CDs which are now in the loft and a few hundred tapes from my youth. I struggle selling anything off. I'd rather hoard it. Even when my wife has nagged me to reduce my headphone collection, I've half heartedly put one pair and one amp up for sale.
