Do you eat pizza pasta cereal or muesli? If so, you are satisfying your wheat addiction. I assume this relates to Dave. However we have now gone gluten free and are definitely feeling better for it. I relapse on Sundays as I can't resist the croissants. Probably the Snickers bars were a bad idea quite apart from the sugar. Its amazing that most people have grain as their staple food when it really isn't suitable for human consumption. Cheap and cheerful to produce I suppose. Economics will always win.

Definately, and the addictive property is playing right into the hands of the brand producers' profits. Sugar plays a roll in addiction too especially when combined with fat, which it usually is. As in the bars that are the topic.
