Another one of my favourite guitarists that nobody has heard of.  I had a nice long chat with him a lot of years ago and he was a thoroughly nice chap. |

Saw him live opening for Steve Vai and Joe Satriani in Boston. He made mouths drop with those chops. He did receive a standing ovation and he was just the first opening act. Another was Mike Watt, I believe his name was. Same. Wowed the crowd, standing ovation.

Orianthi is quite tasty, isn't she? Not a bad guitarist, either. Joking apart though, one does have to wonder, with looks like that, and skills like that, why she isn't more famous than she is. I know she's toured with Alice Cooper and Richie Sambora. Maybe she's more famous in her native Australia. |

I rather like her playing style and there's no doubt that she is a skilled guitarist. She sings, too.
