I read that earlier, Jules. As soon as it gets dark you won't be able to move for blokes with shovels on that tip.

Yes it will be like that treasure hunt in the 70's - Masquerade by Kit Williams - do you remember that book? People went absolutely ape-shit over it and it pretty much ruined the author's life.

Well if the key isn't on the drive they'd all be wasting their time. That's the other problem. You have the Bitcoins but you've lost the key(s). Love 'em or hate them exchanges serve a purpose. Your're trusting and paying them to look after your keys and coins, hoping they don't get hacked. TBH so many people have lost their keys by trying to keep their own crypto I suggest that very established exchanges are statisically the better bet. Bear that in mind, fellow future crypto Billionaires;)

It's still too volatile to use as a payment medium really. I expect they'll want a dollar figure equivalent in Bitcoin at the time of the sale.
My eyebrows will raise if they maintain a fixed price in Bitcoin for any significant period of time.
Anyway who is next? Apple? And will they buy Bitcoin or maybe plump for Ethereum, the Windows of crypto development platforms?
Visa have developed an API to sell to banks to allow customers to buy Bitcoin.
Michael Saylor has been promoting Bitcoin like hell to American businessess as the best place to keep cash without losing value long term.
YouTube Michael Saylor for some convincing arguments. He bought a billion $'s worth.

I bought that when it came out. I'm still not quite sure why. Bearing in mind that there's been a headline recently stating " Bitcoin consumes 'more electricity than Argentina' it's not doing a great deal for Tesla's green credentials.

Holy crap just wiki'd this. The solution is bonkers. Yes it's crazy as is the story about the man who 'cheated' his way to the treasure. I remember it very well at school - so many kids had this book. It just seemed to capture the imagination of young and old alike.

Was speaking to man in the know earlier I have a feeling these will be contributing to the new proaxial 33Ghz active probes Should be on your way but TBH I reckon it is something you should never sell once acquired. History is telling everyone that by now. In other words, if you need cash borrow against it. Don't sell it. This will become common practise within a few years I reckon.

If you never sell it, then it's worthless.
It's not as if you can hang it in the glass cabinet and admire it.
