Two of my all-time least favourite performers, who seem to have enough admirers...
Rufus Wainwright Joanna Newsom
Both make me want to leave the room.

Most bands and artists. I do delve into the non classical album of the month and most of them seem garbage to me. Just sayin'.

But Supertramp varies from decent to superb, and some of Adele's songs are fabulous, what a fantastic voice!

I like Leonard Cohen, but I fully recognise that there's a lot not to like about him, if you are that way inclined. As for Dylan, Zappa, Beefheart...

Thanks for the reminder Chris - yes I'm very happy to live in a Dylan-free zone.

Grateful Dead, absolutely. Every now and then I try again, wondering what all the fuss is about. But I just don't hear anything at all that seems remotely of interest. Not actually bad, just pointless.

Zappa, hmm. His alleged liking for the music of Boulez and Stockhausen says it all. I do like quite a lot of contemporary classical music, but they seem an unrewarding blind alley to me.

It gets worse than that Jerry - his first childhood musical love was for Edgard Varese.

A friend of mine used to call them Simply Awful. I did like Picture Book before they became huge, but it was downhill after that.

Simply Red were victims of their own success, and Mick Hucknell has/had a marvellous face for caricaturing. All the while they weren't "really" famous it was fashionable to like them, but as soon as they started shipping skip-loads of CDs they instantly became "uncool." I believe the same thing happened, albeit on a smaller scale, to Level 42. One thing's for sure though, Hucknall can carry a tune (this is from 2012)
And Mark King is the mutt's nuts of a bass player, as this 2018 interview shows.

I saw Simply Red in a small Manchester club before they released first album. Was a fantastic gig.
