Stick yer materialism. I'll have the knees and back (and raging hormones) of a 19-year-old. Seems a bit harsh on a 19 year old! How will you select them for donation?What if they don't want to give up their back, knees and hormones?

Crikey! I grew up near there - went to the primary school round the corner and one of my friends lived in one of the mentioned cottages - his dad was a gardener on the estate. A good place to run amok. I don't think I'd pay 10,000,000 to live in Hurst.

I cycle through a posh estate most days and see nice old houses flattened for new ones. Virtually no garden left as the houses are so huge Some of them must be in the area of £10m Basements all the rage now, especially as developers can charge more and the footprint doesn't increase *2* levels of basement for a lot I notice. One basement was so huge it looked like an underground car park
