Just a bit of fun here...right...Speakers!
Been buying a few. I have enough. However...a pair in great condition come up for £25....a good buy.
So - what’s YOUR logic here? Mines buy them,hook them up,enjoy them,swap them round - they’re too cheap not to OR do you go for Ive plenty speakers,been there done that etc etc...
Just a giggle gents - what would you all do?

Well, I did buy a pair of Gale GS-401C sold as 'breaking for spares' for £34 and refurbished them as they are classic speakers. They sound very good indeed and are my backups.
However, I don't want any more speakers unless I spot another unrefusable bargain!

Well there was a time when I would definitely have bought them to see if they were an improvement over what I've got but I never kept multiple pairs of speakers. Nowadays I enjoy having a relatively settled system and know that to better my speakers I would need to spend the kind of money I don't want to. And I love the speakers I have, so I don't feel the need to experiment any more.

Even if I wanted more than one pair of speakers I simply don't have the room for them but as I said I'm content with what I have right now.

I cut my speaker stock when I sold 2 pairs of my 3 Isobariks.
May sell more, possibly not. Says the man with 9 reel to reel tape decks, or is it more ?

The more the merrier - I seem to be collecting headphones, 11 pairs atm, I think.
Also 4 pairs of superceded speakers.
