None at all that I could hear, but then I could not convince myself that the first did anything either. One day I will try removing them and seeing if I can hear an impact. I had them and so I used them.

I could barely hear the BR Eflos in action. The Quartz Acoustic boxes, however, are hugely beneficial.

That's about right. The other equipment has been fast changing due to streaming still being relatively new.
