Ibuprofen used to be my default until recently when the boss's specialist told her never to take it again as it was very harmful Not sure what I do now. Have no pain is one option. Always take it with food and recommended Omeprazole which I was prescribed by my GP as X 1000 a year die from Ibuprofen caused stomach bleeds Depends how much Ibuprofen you take a day. I take three in the morning, to last the day. My Dr has said okay. He was more worried that I take 2 tablets 3-4 times a day. That's where the stomach bleeding becomes more of an issue. If you can't get Ompeprazole, which I recommend take them in the middle of eating.

When I had my last medication review with the Pharmacist she explained that the Ibuprofen I took could negate the effects of my blood pressure medication.
So now I take Paracetamol for most things.

I am not supposed to take Ibuprofen due to the medication I take, but sometimes needs must. I spoke to my Cardiologist about it and they said as long as I am not taking them continuously it shouldn't cause too many problems.

I'd say that there's definitely some panic buying and stockpiling of paracetamol going on, as I have been trying to buy a packet for two and half weeks now.

Although we have been lucky and been able to get some for the past two weeks, which has been extremely lucky given my wife has been unwell with what we assume was C-19. Hope you find some soon, Chris.

Coppers could soon be searching your shopping trolley for "non-essential" items.
So, think twice before you add that pack of barbecue charcoal, and save yourself the embarrassment.

Is there anything to suggest one can't have a barbie in ones garden with members of ones household ?

Is there anything to suggest one can't have a barbie in ones garden with members of ones household ? afaik that's OK - but you might get a visit from the local police to check up on you!

Exactamundo.
Their drones are everywhere. I saw one doing a flyover checking out Mrs Eclestone's newly-decorated back passage. Bit of a cheek, I thought.

I went to Costco today. Came back £250 poorer, but still no sparkling water, plastic gloves, and I didn't buy any meat. It's amazing how so much money buys so little these days.

I'll be in for a shock then when I go. Pot Noodles out of reach to the Ordinary Man? Fig Rolls a King's Ransom? Daren't go out, waiting for a sofa to come. Tomorrow.

Is there anything to suggest one can't have a barbie in ones garden with members of ones household ? Yup, it's official - your household can do what you like in your own garden. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-52245937
