Having recently gone through the misery of fixing the tagging for my 1,000+ albums I can understand how tracks play out of order. Even albums downloaded (vs ripped) are often messed up. Much depends on which metadata the streamer software chooses to use.

I hope it's a rare case as I've not come across another album on Qobuz in this state.

I've been listening again on headphones today and every 'sample' I have listened to on the Qobuz store sounds better than Spoti Premium. I wonder what resolution they have for the samples?
If I get a Studio Premier streaming plan, do you get a choice of 16 / 24 bit quality or does it just depend randomly on what they have made available?
It's very frustrating not to be able to do a Spoti Vs Qobuz shoot out on the main system as well!

If you get Qobuz Studio (now £14.99/mo) then you can set most players to give you 'highest resolution' automatically. That means 24/192 or 24/96 if it's available, and other odd max resolutions like 24/88 and 16/48. You will never get less than 16/44 CD Red Book standard. There are no compressed tracks at this subscription level. All Qobuz apps, whether Windows or Android, will allow full resolution playback provided your device can handle it. Note that if you use Bluetooth headphones, the resolution will be more limited.

I have written to Qobuz Support about the album Sense of Direction by Climax Blues Band. All the tracks are muddled and one is missing. This will be a test of whether their response is in keeping with their subscription charges. Try playing track 7: it's clearly Shopping Bag People (track 3). open.qobuz.com/album/jv16mztds3k0bQobuz have confirmed a problem and are submitting it to their technical team for resolution. Not a blindingly fast response but I'll be happy when they do fix it. At least their customer support contact e-mail support-help@qobuz.com works.

Blow me, Spotify has that album incorrect, too. It must be a botched record label submission!

Tried Qobuz on Sonos. In the Sonos app, just select the room, browse to Qobuz - it's all there, totally integrated with the Qobuz app, it's Sonos look and feel, but all there.

Does Qobuz have a request a missing album / track feature, like Spotify?

What with tracks or all tracks in some albums, that were available in full, being changed to a ~30sec demo length? Disappointing!

I asked about it in Audiophile Style and was told that the 30s albums are ones coming soon. I haven't come across one that has gone backwards. I guess it's about licencing, but it's quite annoying. Sometimes I find another version of the same album that plays fully.

It doesn't happen often, but I remember Anouar Brahem's albums being on Spotify, then disappearing, then later reappearing again.
Licencing must be a nightmare to stay on top of.

It's hard to fathom some of these. Why would one track be missing from an album, both Spotify and Qobuz? Hollywood Bowl, Band of Skulls. Bizarre that the live version is there. So it's not as if the Hollywood bowl venue is blocking - why would they! The Great Destroyer album by Low is missing from Qobuz (umpteen others are there), it's on Spotify.
And a few other tracks and albums too. Qobuz just seems to follow Spotify but not where Evil Urges was concerned that did get added, Spotify after I requested it. Qobuz - not yet anyway!
