I've changed my outlook
What they have is more than I could listen to in a lifetime, especially when I factor in the many times some albums come back as so good
Don't all the streamers go to the same base ?

I only compared on a true hi-fi basis with Tidal, and that sounded worse than Qobuz no matter which album I tried. Shiny, polished, brittle.

Are there different ways to search on Qobuz or Bubble ?
Nothing obvious after looking around both
Convoluted to go back to an artist just found and put on the playlist in Bubble
Best I have found is
From that album
Go back to playlist
Find that last album of anything by that artist
Albums by 'that artist'
Click and have the list of albums by that artist
The longer winded way is to search again on the same artist
Also looked around Qobuz to look for ways to search differently on their database. Nowt

I have the Qobuz app running in a tab and add albums to my playlist of choice that way.
Yes, I know it means searching twice, but the second time is more accurate in some cases.
Of course, if you want to play the album there and then, just go back to Now Playing and select Show Album or other albums using Albums By...
EDIT: Library and then Back is useful for back-tracking.

How do you put Qobuz in a tab ? I have Bubble running on the tablet. I can have Qobuz app running on the tablet. It shows different info I have the Playlist. Made one of my own as a test There seems to be a lot I have to learn. Is this likely to get better ? |

Useful, especially when copying links and album artwork into TAS.

Do you run the Qobuz app on your tablet or Play.qobuz on a tab in Edge on your tablet ?
Which one and what does one offer over the other ?
Qobuz is odd in having completely separate sites (or please show me how they join up)
Qobuz.com which seems to be mostly financial and mostly of no interest everyday- just found a long winded way into Qobuz club tho'

My brain can comprehend databases well, after spending around 30 years working on one
Does Qobuz improve over time as this set up seems not so well designed

play.qobuz.com is exactly the same as the Android app. I use it in Edge, as previously explained, because it's easier to copy album artwork into posts. It has no bearing on sound quality via Bubble.
EDIT: I don't know what you mean by 'improve over time'? I can whip around the player, Qobuz Club, TAS and Bubble as quickly as you can blink. My tablet is VERY fast, though.

Which interface?
The Qobuz interface is fine. Being able to copy artwork from the app would be a bonus.
The Bubble interface is also fine. Being able to add albums to Q playlists via Bubble would be icing on the cake.
I'm not sure I need anything else that I can think of?

I use Bubble mostly as that delivers the music
Would love a 'back' button
The band
Audience
gives so many results which probably have audience somewhere for Q and Bubble
There are others I forget right now

Would love a 'back' button I'm not sure you're using it properly. Are you clicking Library and then back (swipe or back button)? You can flick a long way back in a session. Just don't do it from Now Playing or it will exit (standard for Android). |

Explanation (for Bubble): you search in the Library for artists/albums.
When you select Play, you end up in Now Playing if you have set it up to show automatically.
The trick to going back to your search is NOT to click Back as it will exit the app. Instead, click Library to go back to your search results and then you can click Back to step further backwards.
