Wonderfully bizarre, Chris.
Have you ever tried pre-processing to remove the anti-halation prior use as per Cinestill?

Hi Pete, I have often thought that might be an option to give a go, but have never tried. We don't have a reliably dark place to do it in at the moment. There's a long-term aspiration to get one of the stone-built sheds in the garden here set up as a darkroom but it's a big job that's always just over the horizon.

I might decommission the UK darkroom at some point in the next year or so, so if/when you do, let me know. It is in the lab and is used for now for microscopy, leaching of samples and other imaging. The one in Germany is larger and there is no one there to commandeer the space when I turn my back for 5 minutes!
DeVere 504 / Ilford Multigrade enlarger - bench mount, but on a stand, JoBo ATL 1500 processor, Ilford RC D2D print processor, etc.
I have similar in Germany (except it is a 507 floor stander) and so would not ship much over aside from the odd specialist enlarging lens (40 mm WA Apo Rodagon).

Thanks, Guys. This location is on Navaho land in New Mexico. Extremely difficult to find - no trails only GPS. Here's a night shot same location.

Last year probably I had a wonderful opportunity to take a stunning photo Bright sunshine glinting on around 20-30 seagulls against dark grey clouds in the background Wonderful Except no camera
Yesterday I had similar, gulls further away, clouds lighter grey. Had my phone ! Camera on, many pics Back home I find on massive enlargement the gulls are tiny specs not worth posting One day .....

We spent 2 weeks in New Mexico and Arizona on a 3200 mile car trip. Camped out under the stars for many of the nights (hot as hell in Arizona).
