Thanks guys. Current priority exploring a roof leak which looks like a new roof is required  Bloody Hell. Nasty. That would tend to put everything else on the back-burner. I hope you get it sorted quickly, Mike. |

I hope you get it sorted quickly, Mike. This is our old garage which was extended into a 1 bed flat while we had the house refurbed. Flat, glass fibre roof which was done reasonably well except for the edges. What looks like the roof overlapping is some odd flashing which neither covers nor is covered by the roof or other flashing. Rain is going in the gap, running across the wood and coming through a now rotten area. Bad time to do roofing. When the roofers come to look they can also check to see of the flat roof for the house was done well or as badly as this. No leaks that we can see there Fingers crossed |
