A few examples, from personal experience...
Both standing up, and sitting down, are now accompanied by anything from a slow exhalation of breath to a full-blown "grunt."
You realise that sitting down to pee is both more comfortable and more sensible.
When watching films, or television, you find yourself fancying the hero or heroine's mum rather than the lead actress.
You feel yourself shrink a little bit when the DJ playing one of your favourite tunes announces that it's from "almost fifty years ago," but the seventies still feel like yesterday to you.

There's always something that aches, somewhere in your body.
You spot typos and grammatical errors that pass younger people completely by.
You hate parties.
You actually enjoy driving.
You mention things that cause people to furrow their brows.
