Here is an excellent performance of a 16yo at the BBC Young Musicians Competition 2010.

I was saying in another thread that she makes the piano really sound like the percussion instrument that it is. I love it, it really works with Saint-Saens' music. Paul is right, too, the orchestra are superb. I'm going to give this 5/5 and will be listening to it a lot more.

Here is an excellent performance of a 16yo at the BBC Young Musicians Competition 2010. I remember her winning very well, can't believe it's seven years ago, seems like yesterday ..

Can't believe it was 7 years ago? That's because it was 8 years ago.

Listening to the Tomsic complete on the big rig has been very enjoyable. She really is some pianist and the orchestra and recording are very good, too.
Has she ever recorded the Grieg? I'd love to hear that.
