I’m a Service Management Consultant. I'm still none the wiser. It's a grand sounding title - much betterer than hairy arsed telecomms engineer/cable knitter like wot I do. What does being a Service Management Consultant entail? |

As Martin says. I basically advise customer how to build and design the most efficient and effective services and business operating models for their customers.
