I know there are a lot of Steven Wilson fans here who'll be interested in that. What you really need to do though is mention in your post what/who your link is actually about, for the lazy sods who expect you to do everything for them and can't work up the energy or the enthusiasm find out for themselves...and would (deservedly) kick themselves after hearing they missed this.

Wakeman is a real personality. His autobiographies are hilarious.

Looked forward to that after seeing him as Gregg Davies' assistant on Taskmaster Comedy, Music special
Not good, verging on embarassing

Taskmaster was a good idea when it started out but it bores me now.

Randy Bachman on Needle Time, Vintage TV Seen it before. Enjoyed watching it again. Great guy, full of enthusiasm. Hell of a songwriter and musician. Many songwriting tricks divulged. EG Chuck Berry - Johnny B Goode is actually Glen Miller's In the mood (!) Needle time is well worth watching as a series Vintage TV

Busy night on BBC2 tonight
Eric Clapton : Life in 12 bars BBC2 9pm followed by Sex & Drugs & Rock and Roll
plus you might like Mea Culpa following that. Fred Cavaye has done at least one good film
Tomorrow BBC4 Eric Clapton at the BBC
Remember to add 5 minutes if recording as the BBC may or may not be teling the time right and who knows what the football might affect

I'm recording the Clapton tonight. That should be worth keeping until I've got the time to savour it.

Gregory Porter Xmas Piano Room. On 601 : BBC1. Notice the cabs in the background. Tannoy 3828 or 3838 drivers, cross that out! They are Tannoy super red monitor 15s. Huge cabs! They look to have been reconed (no doubt by Lockwood's or Wembley Speaker's👍)🙂 They're similar to what I had once upon a time, and built Scandi birch plywood GRF cabs for, many moons ago now! It was a hugely enjoyable and easy slippery slope to the 5 way system I have now after them😂
