I don't have any regular eating patterns, except for one: I always find myself snacking at 16:05. It's become a bit of a standing joke.

Yeh i do that every year but dont get very far I did last year, somewhere in the middle of the year Just eat a little bit less If that doesn't work.. repeat Portion control is one of my biggest let downs, I’m certainly going to be looking at that this year.

Im terrible with Food. Eating & Cooking is one major pain in the arse for me. Puts me out let alone takes a big chunk out of your money. A Lot of the time its what ever is quickest & easiest for me.

There's a switch in the head that I found and activated
Turning it on to I am *good* at portion control My weight is coming down and I am a lighter person
Regular eating helps control blood sugar and how we feel.
Course being off the bike for a while and unusually having cake and biscuits around for Christmas hasn't helped. Not bought by me ! Just a blip. I noticed that the biscuits, chocolate, sweets and cake talk to you, me anyway When you have had one you *must* have another, repeat, repeat Foul, poisonous muck. I had a robust conversation with the boss. She still insists we must have these Christmas treats. I say not.

Aye the Missus buys all that Chocolate & Cakes in. I personally would never dream of buying it myself. I just buy BEER .. if they are there in the cupboard under my nose i will nosh on em, your right Mike not just one but a full pack Im just as guilty, When the missus is on a diet & by Friday she send me a message saying she has had bad day at work & needs some chocolate to make her feel better. I know it all a load of cobblers but me being me i buy it her cos i dont like saying no.

I'm continuing this year with my 'non-resolution' to lose weight very gradually without my body noticing.

Every day has the potential to be Resolution Day for me - in that I decide I will change something. If it doesn't work out try something else
I'm eating about 10-20% less than I was when I first posted in 2018 All tiny changes. My stomach told me I was having too much lunch so I cut back a touch and again until I felt ok
