Yes I know, and I said earlier "their lineage doesn't cut any mustard with me". I couldn't give a damn about aristocracy, titles etc.

Martin
The habits they have are everyday living, Expensive wine posh food. Using an Aston Martin to drive around the Back garden etc. Ok thats everyday life & nothing out of the normal for them. No matter what they are born out of it.
A pretend Snob picks up on that kind of living as something that is of higher standard to the regular jones. This is what im referring to as a pretend snob.

Ant and Dec
The only reason for these two's existence is to be taken out the back and flogged.

You're a big fan then, Martin LOL I cannot abide their constant and inane babble. What the hell do they contribute to anything at all?

My wife thinks they're hilarious, but I just find them annoying and they've become far too big for their boots.

The Social Network doesn't bother me, it's some of the idiots that use it.

You're not alone. Made the front page of the paper today for ripping apart the fabric of society. I could certainly cite a few examples where it's caused family fall-outs.

Life was undoubtedly better in many ways without FB and Twitter, but then again, charities I have found on FB and now support have worked miracles due to its fund-raising capabilities. On balance, I still loathe it though. Twitter is a waste of space, except for the entertainment Trump has given us. He should be given exclusive use IMO.

FB doesn't cause family fall-outs. People cause them.

I use Twitter to keep up with thousands of fellow Liverpool F.C. fans. There's no way I could do that without it. I also used to enjoy the challenge of getting a coherent point across using only 140 characters too. It's surprising how inventive you had to get.

I don’t get Twitter, although use Facebook. I think they’ve brought with them as much negativity as they have positivity, but I agree with Martin that a social network can’t cause a falling out, it’s the families and individuals that use them in a negative way which cause the issues.

Ant and Dec The only reason for these two's existence is to be taken out the back and flogged. The amount of money those two buffoons get paid to look like overgrown school boys is absolutely sickening! Just never understood why people find them appealing.

My energy company putting my monthly direct debit payment up by thirty quid on the strength of an estimated reading and despite the fact I'm three hundred quid in credit. In September I was £1300.00 in credit and they paid me back a lump sum of a grand to reduce it.

FB doesn't cause family fall-outs. People cause them. Using it as a Tool. People have got this strange compulsion to post up every bowel movement they make. Nosey, Spying on Others, You name it they use it. I just cannot get my breath why people would want to post there pictures, what they are doing, Going to etc etc openly on as public place..

Sorry about hijacking your reply to Martin, but thought I could explain why we have used Facebook for this purpose. My parents and in-laws don't live near us, so we sometimes use Facebook by posting pictures about our activities, so they can see what we have been up to. If we were more local, we probably wouldn't bother. Since Leo has been born, we have found a Canon app called Lifecake which enables us to share pictures of him growing up to nominated family/friends. As a result we have stopped using Facebook for this purpose, and use Lifecake instead.
