I'd probably spend most of it on women, boozing and gambling. The rest I'd just waste. ;-)
Seriously though, I don't play the lottery having long ago decided it is a stealth tax on the poor and gullible.
Back when I was poor student and having lived in a fairly deprived area, it would make me sad to see the queues of mostly old folks at the corner shop on a Saturday teatime handing over loads of money for the faint hopes of winning something for their families. Even today I see people who can't really afford it buying scratchcards for £5 or £10 a pop all to entertain the fantasy of escaping a miserable existence. It just makes me sad.
Anyway, assuming I did come into that kind of money I'd pay off mortgages for myself and close family. Probably have a pretty home, nothing too flash, on my beloved Northumberland coast and certainly do a lot of travelling. Another modest winter home in the Florida Keys would be nice. Fair to say that a reasonable proportion would be invested to give an income I could then live on and share with good causes.
Very easy to get caught up in the fantasy isn't it.

I'm too old for it now, but my lottery/pools win dream in my younger days was always to buy an old oast house and convert the outbuildings into a recording studio. With enough money to live comfortably my idea was to hire out the studio to unsigned local musicians extremely cheaply so they could produce professional demos. Of course, they can do all that in their bedrooms now anyway. These days, my family would never want for anything and I'd still try to find a way to benefit local musicians if I could. I'd probably buy a few guitars for myself too.

Fill the Merc with petrol AND buy a bottle of juice, then make up a bastard list of all the folk who've pissed me off and go round rubbing their noses in it.
Then a nice wee lochside cottage on the west coast with kennels and space to create a stunning garden.
