I would have thought most people's home contents insurance would cover this type of thing, wouldn't it?

Great that you'll be there, Paul. I wouldn't bother with special insurance, just phone your normal contents insurers and have them add the items to 'all risks' cover for the day. It shouldn't cost much at all.

I might not be able to get OB's together, been a bit tricky this end. As the existing speakers stand I have the TESLA 15" drivers in and a oval tweeters wedged in by twigs, imkid you not

Alan and I will bring cables, a pre amp M50P and a power amp M50 and possible a Claymore we will only bring them in to the rooms by request, I am looking forward to meeting you all.

I'm in now I am to bring the slate plinth'd SP-10, ebony armboard, Fidelity Research FR64s Tonearm, SPU Royal N cartridge. Silver wired through to the phono stage and a Lundahl special SUT. Looking forward to it as I don't get along to many HiFi events.

The only problem there is this is there is no soft start start protection so she Needs kickstartin 4-5 before I can pick up a big thermistor My kit is always great for my set up take to another dwelling and all goes
