Morning all! Hope you are all well.
Names Chris and I'm Edinburgh based. I've been into this hobby for about 20 years now and I have a bit of a soft spot for valves. I'm very open eared about music - I listen to all sorts - and much prefer music to TV. Not my thing at all TV,drives me nuts.
I like the forums as they're great for new music and for picking more knowledgable folks brains when you've got queries but Im not mega computa literate so it might take me a wee while to work out how to post pics and interact fully. I should work it out though!
Speak to you all soon and all the best!

Hi Chris and welcome to TAS. Your choice of forum name has caused me some confusion today! No harm done - I've gained a 'B' in mine.

Thanks all! Yeah Chris - I did notice that! Hopefully it's not a problem and if there's any cheques or cash come in addressed to Chris they are quite obviously for me so please just forward them on.....

Welcome to TAS Chris
To make it simpler we could all call ourselves Chris (as per the M.Python sketch)

I was actually called Bruce at school as a result of my having been to Australia and returned. I have always been a bit schizophrenic. I was call Vic (middle name is Victor) at the racing club as there were two Gordons there already. Gus because I did round 'v's when I was a kid, G because I'm a lazy typist and Ronnie calls me all the names under the sun. I don't remember Chris being in there though so welcome from someone different.
