Just eat a bacon sarnie - with lashing of brown sauce - despite the fact I've been vegetarian for the last 29 years.

It seems like the majestic bacon sanger is the meaty morsel that veggies crave the most. My wife gets that craving too. Give the brown sauce a miss though!!

One of the things I most missed when I went veggie
There's the fake bacon of course and I find toasted sesame seeds taste much the same

Yes, it is surprisingly similar in taste. I was buying it, until Asda stopped selling it.
Quorn brand Steak And Gravey Pies are pretty tasty and my current fave.

Fried green plantain sprinkled with a dusting of salt will do the trick.

I don't think Asda sell it.
Really must have something to eat - NOW!

Try some Indian veggie snacks in that case. Asda sells those.

A few weeks ago I got a pack of samosas and onion bhajis. Bit disappointed.
Anyway, for anyone interested, I've had some cheese on toast. Warburton's Thickest. Not a huge fan, to be honest, and some Mexicana Cheddar (!) with chilies and something else. Was ok…
As it happens, I'm listening to a bit of Madonna. Never, like Warburton's, a big fan, I have to say. At the moment it's her first No. 1 Indian Single: " Popperdom Preach". Admit Stan, you don't get quality humour of that calibre over at AOS, now do you?

Two slices of thick white bread, buttered. Five fish fingers grilled, a thin layer of mayo and inserted between the slices.
Open mouth wide and chomp away.
Yummy.
