Serious question. How easy was it to put a 6mm cable in a 4mm plug?

I have some Clipsal 3 pins around that will take pretty thick cable. Good plugs too

So, the VD 6mm cable is actually 6mm2, so it will fit in standard BFA compatible Z plugs. All I need now, is some decent spade connectors to make a set of jumper cables. If I can't get them cheap enough, I'll order a pre-made set of jumpers, such as the Spatia Links from Graham Slee.
Any recommendations for a spade connector. Cheap is good....

Don't buy any jumpers, you'd be crazy not to use the cable you're using for the main speaker cable. If you can't get spades, then use bare wire!

Or remove a little bit of insulation 4 inches from the bananas and feed it through the other set of terminals.

The second idea had crossed my mind, but will the cable oxidise over time?

If you're terrified of that happening, then use the first idea, but buy an extra metre of the cable, it'll last you till you die.
