Junip - Junip
Good album from the Swedish duo.

The more I listen to this album the more I like it, especially the final track, Back To The Green. Sadly the duo split up shortly after recording it.

Snakefarm - 'My Halo At Half-Light' Is that in keeping with their first (I think) album that I bought on your recommendation, which I like?

It's very clearly in the same vein. Not quite as potent, but very good nonetheless. Well worth a few quid of anyone's lolly.

Making a test recording on a blank from new batch - kind of obvious: Miles Davis - Kind of Blue LP (1959)

Eric Clapton - Ballads
Tears in heaven is one of my favourites, never listened to the rest until today, very impressive!

The next is what happens when you put 3 great musicians together for a few years. This is kind of the ultimate jam of improvised music I heard. Not the easiest of listens for most

Brilliant interpretations from an old master. The warm tones he gets from the violin are just wunnerful. Stephan Grappelly. Ronnie has a customer who lives in Grappelley's old chateaux. Fantastic place, I can always imagine him playing out in the courtyard when we are there.

Yeah, I'm a sucker for a good gungey jam, but especially so if the bass features so prominently.
