Hello everyone, Now I could wait and hope to get these of Ebay, but just felt like letting the member know that I am looking for these. I actualy got a pair of Goodmans Magnum that were beyond repair that I was hoping to use as donors, and Yes you've guessed it, both midrange are shot on them... Seems fairly common with these. The Magisters I am restoring are fitted with Radio shack units that strangely seems to blend well though they might be a bit more efficient that the originals.

The Magisters I had got broken up, but I still have the midrange units somewhere.
I don't think they are the original ones, but when I get back home (Monday) I'll take a photo of them for you.
If they are any use you can have them for postage costs.
PS This is from my archive, to give you an idea.

Thank you John,
I beleived I have sent an email to Wembley once for a pair of Goodmans axiette 8 I have. I do not recall of them ever getting back to me on these. I think some U.K. business may not bother with enquieries comming from place as remote (in their view) as Canada.
And thank to you, Pre65,
Would you know how many incarnation of the Magister exists? The pair I have have different bass drivers and tweeters than those on the picture? Thank you for your generous & kind offer, I will wait for more info from you on that matter.

The bass units on mine were not original either.
The ones I has were H & H drivers, more like disco speakers.
I am not an expert of Magisters, so no real idea how many different versions there were. My pair cost peanuts so I was not really worried about the condition. I still use part of the cabinets (much modified) as the basis for my OB speakers.
