Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin (not the more common type) was my absolute saving to help neuropathy go away. Before that, I couldn't sleep my legs hurt so badly. This was after chemotherapy. I still take B12. It's a wonderful vitamin. I suffer with RLS (restless leg syndrome) and was put on Tramadol for years that was the only thing that would slow me down enough to be able to get some sleep so I can relate to a curtain degree, glad you found something that works for you mate

Jerry very kindly lent me his Fostex T50RP MK3 Headphones over the weekend and I feel compelled to write and say what I thought of them.
These cans are over the ear semi open that Jerry has replaced to ear pad that he said was a must.
In MHO are excellent can's they are very detailed, good through 20-20,00o khz and very comfortable my only very slight niggle is the bass is a little shy but with that being said I have been listening to PSB m4u2's cans and they can sound a little bass heavy.

I just sent an email to Jerry this is what I said;
I've had the superlux playing all day and Martin is right they do need breaking in also the foam removing from the cups my conclusion is they are more than worth the £30.00 asking price but they have short cummings in fine detail and I don't know if it's me not being used to open back headphone but I just didn't like the presentation/image of these phones but what do you expect of a set of headphones at this price point but they will be more than adequate for my needs listening to my pc

They have amazing intelligents and I agree they can be so intuned with you, believe it or not he is a mutt ,he's quite a bit larger then a border Collie and has a more pointed snout, I have no idea what he's crossed with and to be honest it doesn't matter to me, he's a lovely companion

5. And their 18-year-old son is continually banging his balls against my fence.

7. My lavatory seat is cracked, where do I stand?
8. I am writing on behalf of my sink, which is coming away from the wall.
9. Will you please send someone to mend the garden path? My wife tripped and fell on it, yesterday, and now she is pregnant
10. I request permission to remove my drawers in the kitchen.
11. 50% of the walls are damp, 50% have crumbling plaster and 50% are plain filthy.
12. The toilet is blocked and we cannot bath the children until it is cleared.
13. Our lavatory seat is broken in half and is now in three pieces.
14. This is to let you know that our lavatory seat is broke and we can't get BBC 2.

I don't blame you Martin I to am diabetic and on statins but don't seem to have any problems. I have a close friend living in Wales that take statins and they make him feel sick all the time (but he likes the weight loss he's getting)suss that out. I'm type 2 and take the same statins you take (about 6 years now )I think it's luck of the draw but if my cholesterol was low I wouldn't take them either

I removed the foam sponges that cover the diaphragms and I must agree it made quite a difference , didn't think it would make much difference but it did .
I'll report on how things went tomorrow after I've burnt them in a bit if I get time.

Hi Martin I've just taken the pad off of one side to see a paper ring that goes around the diaphragm that's well stuck down are you talking about that or the foam filter that goes in the front of the diaphragm ?
