How do I post as a picture ? The same as any picture you host in, for instance, Flickr or Photobucket.

I'm looking for a simpler way This cannot/should not be so complicated
It's an extract from a dbf file, exports into Excel with a couple of clicks
Surely Forms or similar is the way ?

Ok - try copying the cells in Excel and paste into Paint or Photoshop or whatever you use for image editing. Now save it as a JPG. Then upload it to your image hosting, then paste it as a picture here. No worry about formatting, it will display exactly as you see it.

Sorry if I'm a pain, but that's a lot of work to do what seems so very simple (to me)
I'll play with some other alternatives Maybe get help from stepson who often sees answers very quickly and has way more PC skills than me Then I can share it

Ok, even easier: stuff your Excel spreadsheet up into your OneDrive account. Set it to share to the public (read-only) and publish the link here. Once done, you can keep editing it and we will always see the current version.

Just stumbled on this thread, a lot to take heads up on and thanks Mike.
noticed you have a good dose of Underworld, it's a band i always wanted to latch onto but never quite got round to it, i have one but don't know what happened to it, i used to spin to it with headphones on my Elite Fluid Turbo Trainer, very good music for that as you spin to the rhythm and up the pace at intervals, but Turbo Trainers were not for me, used it for a month or so then got rid as it sat unused for the next 2 years.
Not gonna go through the whole catalogue, any recco's for a couple of essentials?.

Still got to get my head around the formatting. Trying a few more 'simple' things before I go to Martin's idea You have to hear the John Peel session you can only find online, www.mixcloud.com/sinlopez/underworld-live-2003-10-12-john-peel-session-bbc-radio-1/10/10 Beaucoup Fish Oblivion with bells 9/10 Second toughest in the in Infants A Hundred Days Off Dark and Long. 4 track. Dinosaur Adventure3D Spikee / Dogman go woof Beautiful Burnout 4 track 8/10 1992-2002 dubnobasswithmyheadman Driving through the B sides (could be a bootleg) Cowgirl Bedrock mix Jumbo. Remix by R.Rives, Push Upstairs1 + remix Breaking and Entering Dark and Long Single 12" Crocodile - single 3 t Two months off single 1&2 Oblivion and Bells -DVD Barking That do ?

Useful having all my music on a database Half a dozen I haven't rated yet Most of Underworld's output will be available dead cheap as there were so many bought Usually a good test for bass response if you play at a good volume Do listen to that Peel Session

Handy having all stored but i am not techy, still don't know how to do computer music or streaming, Martin T's Raspberry Pi project interests me greatly. Good to know they can be bought for peanuts, listened to the Peel Sessions, it's Ace.

Jeff Beck You had it coming * Essential This really is essential. Quite the most extraordinary Beck album with abounding creativity, incredible sounding guitars and pounding rhythms to some of the tracks. Needs repeated listening. Very difficult to reproduce well, if you're a guitar fan you need this in your collection!
