Great music is great music, but it's always satisfying when the recording gives huge realism and insight.
I'll kick off with three that have hugely impressed me after system upgrades. All in the top category of recorded quality.
Yello - Toy
Simply filled with micro- and macro-dynamic detail and gut-wrenching deep bass. Exceptional sound. Hi-res on Qobuz.
John Grant - Pale Green Ghosts
Fantastic synth textures, incisive and very punchy bass. A joy to listen to and a real system workout.
Alt-J - An Awesome Wave
Unique sound due to no traditional bass guitar, strong vocals, incredible dynamic range, lots of detail. Hi-res on Qobuz.
Please name yours and give reasons for inclusion.

Two more...
Yello - Touch
Right up there with Toy for SQ - amazing dynamics and mega bass - and overall musically better. Has the gorgeous voice of Heidi Happy, too.
Christina Pluhar - All'Improvviso
A stunning recording for different reasons. Fantastic see-through soundstage, full of microdynamics, fine detail and superb ensemble playing.

Interesting selection, Martin. L’Arpeggiata were completely new to me and I can see what you mean from that recording; quite captivating.

Vivaldi - Four Seasons - Drottningholm Baroque Ensemble
Knockout sound from this superlative performance in a small church. The string sound, dynamics and continuo organ are superb.
