Thoughts please
Would be an advantage to record my many reel to reel tapes onto a hard drive.
The Nova Fidelity range may well suit
Good idea and cunning plan until I thought about what I wanted to achieve and how long it would take.
It will take a loooong time as I can only see recording in real time.
Maybe double speed play in and tweak after if possible.....
Prime object consists of a mix of tracks from all over the place via John Peel's wonderful radio programme.
Have sourced a lot of the original music on LP or CD now with quite a lot not available.
I want to have the original sequence to keep my original playing order.
Is there software to allow me to cut and paste tracks, edit out the odd one ?
Where a track is poor can I drop in my CD or LP version, if necessary adjust volume after on the HD ?
Software that recognise the tracks and make me a list ?
I know I'm asking a lot, but maybe there is already an App on a phone that does it
