I'll no doubt be taking photos , very much a back to basics show this year with all rooms going to exhibitors and record/accessories sellers in the lobby.

A very decent turn out of visitors considering the weather , as far as I could tell all the exhibitors arrived on the Saturday so the show was on punters or not . A totally different venue than Scalford Hall , Kegworth is a modern hotel , very accessible location and straightforward once inside for exhibitors and visitors , carpark , three floors , lift and no warrens , ok not as quaint as Scalford but so easy. Haven't sorted any photos yet, probably post tomorrow .

I'll bet the JBL L100s sounded punchy, unless the Quad preamp was holding it back too much.

Looking forward to seeing some pictures PhotosThanks for posting the pics! Lots of interesting kit there, some I don't recognise and some I do. Nice mix of vintage and new. The all Pioneer system looks stunning visually. Love the reel to reel set ups. Any idea whose was the Source turntable with Audio Note arm Barry? (photo P1000850_DxO) I would love to ask them a question about the deck as I have similar ...

A very pleasant show with lots of keen enthusiasts. We took along some vinyl to sell and a few MCRU bits and bobs. Snow did not help attendance but overall it seemed to work at the new venue (which is a doddle to get to) IMO.

I love the look of that 'vintage' Pioneer setup and I was very surprised to see the brace of Behringers, which I assume were configured as bridged 600w mono amps. I don't know what they sounded like, but at around £175.00 each they're certainly very affordable... and probably bloody loud too.

Many people commented on the forums of the room insulation , there was no noise bleed and consequently no volume eleven going on to compete with the neighbours like at Scalford , if a bedroom door was closed you wouldn't have known there was music being played.
