Think I am going to have to add to my list;
Justin Timberlake - I really like some of his songs. Rag'n'Bone Man - Love his voice.

I've been playing a much loved 10" LP of Mantovani Christmas Music I first knew as a baby (it was recorded in 1954). Don't care the stereo re-recording was better...
Also two 'Christmas' singles released by the Beverley Sisters when I was barely a toddler. Oh and possibly with a tiny bit more cred, Mary's Boy Child by Harry Belafonte - I have it on 10" 78 as well as a 45 single
I can't help it. I regress even more than usual at this time of year...

I have Harry Belafonte Live at Carnegie Hall on both LP and SACD, recorded six months after I was born. Not really a guilty secret, it's a corker of a recording. He holds the audience enthralled throughout.

Thirty odd years ago, the watering hole I frequented used to play CD's of some pleasant 'Mantovani-like' music which I actually didn't mind as background 'atmosphere.' Turns out it was late James Last, well after the 'trumpet a go-go' period I hated (this stuff was B&O demo fodder - ugh...). Whatever his musical style, his musicians were always top drawer I gather...
