It's one of my favourite TV Themes albums (as little as 5p from Discogs). On it is the theme from Personal Cinema. ITV's (Granada) forerunner of the BBC's Film XX, with Barry Norman, and host by Michael Parkinson. Anyway, it had a pretty good theme, which is on this lp. It was performed by a trio Les Sans Nom. The female vocalist is mute with just the two guitarists playing acoustic. Nothing on the 'net about them and just wondered if anyone had any knowledge of them. All I can find is their album Largely Latin.

No, not at all. I do remember the Barry Norman one though, which was by Billy Taylor - 'I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free'

Thanks, Mr S. I can see that fitting in with their album Largely Latin. The theme tune seems like a bit of a departure. Don't know if it's some traditional tune.
Aye, Chris, Barry Norman's theme is pretty memorable. Michael Parkinson's Cinema one was nearly as memorable, to me; I used to look forward to the end when it was played. There used to be a guitar trio Los P - Something. I always thought it was them.

There's just the two tracks on YouTube that Paul has linked. Nothing on CD.

Thanks, Paul. It probably won't go on my 'constant rotation'!
