... preferably with remote control volume! (A bit of an ask, that bit! ).
WHY?
-- What Have You? -- it took me AGES to figure out that TLA!
Cash or maybe swaps for some of my lovely vintage amps possible.

The only passive I've had was an Icon Audio which was dreadful in my system - totally flat sounding in terms of dynamics.

Why not contact 'ant' here? He builds bespoke passives to order and customers requirements.

I'm sorted for a while thanks - impulsive eBay purchase Alert !! - I decided to get an Arcaydis Interface impedance matching doodad widget instead to see if I can extract even more performance out of my Philip Black Tulip pre. Review - issuu.com/gerry666/docs/hifiworld_june_2007/27

I tried one of those a while back and I thought it sounded lifeless and muddy, so a demo would be recommended rather than a blind buy.

I had exactly the same experience with the Icon Audio pre - sold it on very quickly... The only thing I liked about it was the build quality which was rather lovely...
