Anyone know a lagit source for a set of 4 x '2SD155', TO66 Transistors with out the large supplier rip off shipping? The originals are fine but i want to change them. They are over 45 years old now.. Ive already Re capped the amp, Transistors are the next job..

Thanks for the link Martin. I've used Cricklewood before, but I never realised they had such a good selection of transistors. Much safer buying from them, than on the bay where the provenance of many electronics can be somewhat doubtful. Pretty reasonable pricing too.

I think you're right - likely to get some generic 2N3055 chip in a TO3 can and labelled with anything they like!
