Simple Minds - Sons and Fascination
Loving this! Think it was @karney who put me onto this early gear ... Makes me want to buy more early Simple Minds … Looks like Empires and Dance is next on the list.

Yeh great LP. 'Empires & Dance' is also great, 1st issue is on the Zoom Records label, however the contents are not like the first two albums on the same label.

I was trying it out, never having heard it before. It didn't light my fire.

Looks like Spotify is doing its stuff for you John! Presumably you know the Sabbath connection with Necromandus?
I've been busy playing a load of stuff that arrived this weekend. I know most of it very well, but am listening to it all from a fresh perspective. The Hoelderlin album above was new to me and I loved it, especially the instrumental tracks.
Now playing Nektar

Spotify good for finding different stuff Yes know that Tony managed Necromandus and also Ozzy planed to do a solo album with the band but did not happen Nektar where a good band think the drummer is very underatted

Apparently John Bonham was a big fan of their drummer ... Will give that a listen, looks very interesting ...
