here is a recent comment from Colin Wonfor about TQ in an interview Issues with the Tellurium Q Ltd directors forced me to resign in July 2014 as director.
Why?
Because I believe they saw no need for me anymore and Geoff and co did not understand electronics and the complex way some designs are put together. This caused me great pain as I trusted them. It also helped to end my marriage, and forced me into a homeless situation and I became very ill in December – having just recovered in June from septicemia
I still on paper own 45% of TQ but I suspect I will never see any income or returns on that. Strange I wonder if he was related to Relph as Geoff never wanted the company to move from his home, but TQ grew far too big for a workshop in a large garden in Langport. So we got a large unit in Somerton were I was shipped out to be forgotten.

I read that Colin has a supportive environment on another forum at the moment. Guy seems to have some stuff to handle. I didn't like the TQ Cables but Colin is more than just some wires.

I like my TQ Ultra Black speaker cables. Happy to say that Colin has always been a gentleman whereas on the one occasion that I dealt with Geoff, he was not.

Wonder if he'd tell us what wire he used for TQ......
All the best to the guy. I'm not that up on audio superstars but the guy sounds awrite and it certainly seems like he's had a hard time. Hopefully he will be ok.

I understand Colin wishing to put the his side of the story but always find it quite odd why anyone would want to 'share' the private lives with the general populous. In the same way quite way anyone would wish to 'tweet' I've just got up and need a coffee before work is really beyond me For Colin I would stick it to them the best way in the pocket, good luck to him and his new endeavors. TQ cables could they be upmarket naca 5 fairground lighting cable? Que Thunderbirds theme.................. Its a job for International Rescues' top agent "wooden spoon" to fly into the danger zone and sniff out the prevailing BS GO DQ

Isn't this thread about Colin Wonfor? The guy has had a bad deal with his work environment. Perhaps TaS could offer him their support and goodwill.

Already done, Alan. I don't know if he got my message, though.

Unfortunately Colin doesn't visit this this forum anymore, he became disheartened with slagging matches. I'll send him an email to see if I can get him back on board.

Colin was our very first member - he found us before anyone else, when TAS was meant to be under wraps because we were still building it!
I hope he's OK.

I'd forgotten that Colin was responsible for the Inca Tech gold plated mains plugs until I read the article. I still have some! Given the esoteric mains and IEC plugs out there now with various platings (silver, gold, rhodium) boy was he ahead of the game in the 1980's.

Good to hear. Tell Colin he can always do a password reset if he's forgotten his account details. His username is Colin14
EDIT: scratch that, he used his TQ e-mail address. How about just creating a new account?

Unfortunately Colin doesn't visit this this forum anymore, he became disheartened with slagging matches. I'll send him an email to see if I can get him back on board. Perhaps he will see things have not changed, where the sweet innocents haven't been slagging, stabbing or being bitchy and be reminded of his disheartened reasons for leaving.
